Jaeger has experience working with adults for assessments and therapy. He has worked in forensic, university, and clinic settings. His therapeutic orientation is flexible, although his primary theoretical orientation is humanistic. Jaeger’s style of therapy can be characterized as flexible and adaptive. The tools and strategies he uses are not confined to a particular modality, and he tends to borrow and implement strategies and tools from multiple therapeutic orientations.
Jaeger works with adults who struggle with a variety of issues, such as emotion regulation (e.g., anxiety, depression, anger), grief or past trauma, the development of new coping strategies and skills.
Jaeger is a doctoral candidate, pursuing his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at York University. Jaeger’s therapy is supervised by Dr. Cheryl Noble.
